Baby & Dolly Ki Doli’s 1st Week Box Office Collections..

'Baby' and 'Dolly ki Doli' movie posters
Baby and Dolly ki Doli

With the kind of all around terrific reviews that Baby garnered for itself, it was pretty much expected that the film would gather huge numbers at the box office. In fact there was good growth over the extended weekend as well. The weekdays saw the regular fall of 50% though, as a result of which the collections of the Akshay Kumar starrer stood over 63 crores nett at the Domestic Box Office. While the film would certainly cross the lifetime total of Akshay’s last release Entertainment as well as other film with Neeraj Pandey, Special 26, it has to be seen how far does it go from this point on.

Dolly Ki Doli had a similar graph as well, as a result of which the first week collections stood at a little over 19 crores. The Arbaaz Khan production too showed good growth over the extended weekend. Moreover, the first week collections are exactly similar to that of Sonam Kapoor’s last release Khoobsurat.

Both films could have covered a much greater distance had it been an open week ahead. However, there are as many as three films arriving together – Khamoshiyan, Hawaizaada and Rahasya, which would eat up a good chunk of screens and show timings. It would be interesting to see what’s the kind of choice audiences make this week with as many as five films in the offering.

The Shining Bollywood Actor, Divyendu Sharma is Very Well Known for His Comical Skills and That Garnered A Lot of Appreciations for The Actor. Be It Liquid in 2011’s Pyar Ka Punchnama or Omi in Chashme Baddoor, He was Seen at His Comical Best. Recently, The Reporter Got Him for a Short Chat and There He Talked About Three Khans of Bollywood and with Whom He Would Want to Work First?

Though He Said He would Like to Work with Three Khans, But From His Speech, It was Clear That This is Salman Khan Whose Name He would Put in His List First. He Said, “No, it’s a trap (laughs). All the three Khans are different from one another. We have Mr. Salman Khan, who is out there, like a biggest superstar, he just comes onscreen and wants to shout, he is the real superstar I believe. We have Mr. Shah Rukh Khan, who is so energetic, and then we have Mr. Perfectionist, Aamir Khan who comes up with something new every time. It would be great if I get the opportunity to work with all the three, I don’t know, I haven’t thought about who would I prioritize, but I really like Salman Khan, for what he is; bindaas and cool.”
